Caster's Majik Coffee Ninigret Criterium

It was all thunder and lightning before the M45+ / Cat 5 combined start Saturday. Early in the race I was following Duan Skofield or John Roche (team BOB) around the first hairpin curve and we were going way too fast. My front wheel was overlapping his rear as we drifted off the pavement onto the grass. The BOB rider went down, but with my cyclocross experience, I knew better than to continue the turn on the slippery muck and instead road way off course before coming back onto the pavement.
