Masters Swimming
The Mystic Y offers a masters swim team program on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 to 9 PM. This is the best masters swimming program in the area with an on deck coach providing workouts and instruction. For Y member the programs cost is $54 for one workout per week and $70 for two workouts. For non-members the cost is $105 for one workout per week and $136 for two workouts.
